Bill Rierson, an 8th Grader from Mount Airy Middle School, recently visited the Community Care Clinic of Rowan County where he donated money and diabetic supplies for patients. Rierson became interested in diabetes after his dog was diagnosed with diabetes. Rierson works odd jobs to raise money for diabetic supplies for free clinics in North Carolina including Surry Medicial Ministries, High Country Community Health and the Community Care Clinic of Rowan County. What an amazing young man with a big heart for others!
